Lootables and Evasion
-Added more interactions and loot in the Shimmerfall houses, including a new consumable "Green Herb"
-Went through enemy list and adjusted evasion rate, depending on the theme of the enemy. (I.E. Air Elemental have higher evasion than a zombie)
