New pop-ups and general additions!

-Added pop-ups during combat to notify the player when an enemy is weak to a certain element.

-Shortened the names of some skills so they fit better within the UI

-Added a new optional boss to the Earth Plane, with a very fancy reward

-Added additional dialogue to the spikey turtle people

-Made the aggro system ramp up more gradually, and made dealing damage generate more aggro than healing.
