Minor Fixes from a Mage Playthrough

- Nerfed the Flare Skill, 75% Blind chance to 50%

- Black Guard call reinforcements on turn 2 rather than turn 3 in the Forest.

- Changed the Book of Necromancy from a useless Key Item to an equipable piece of armor.

- Fixed some bugs around the skill "Consume".

- Added unique dialogue for each stage of corruption.

- Added additional attacks to the Medusa optional boss fight

-Added a secret chest in a secret location with a secret way to open it, which requires looking around the world for several secret clues.
